You’re here! That means you are one of our Top 20 competitors for this year’s event. Congratulations on taking this big step toward making the world a better place. We are excited to work with you!
This portal important information about HSCC, including the schedule, required forms, and deadlines. Some information will be updated as we get closer to the event. Click around and make sure you have completed everything on the HSCC Competitor Checklist well in advance of the competition on January 24-25, 2025.
We are excited that you’re here, and we will be thrilled to see you on stage pitching your idea to the judges. Let’s go!
Event Schedule
ALL TIMES ARE CENTRAL TIME - Put these dates in your calendar!
- 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. - Dress Rehearsal
Confirm your time slot. First come, first served.
Top 20 Competition
Dress Code: Business Casual

Noon: Opening Ceremony

Competition format
Block A: 12:15 - 1:35 p.m.
Block B: 1:35 - 2:35 p.m.
Block C: 2:45 - 3:55 p.m.
Competition goes in three blocks. Teams alternate between competing, observing, and networking visits. Your block assignments will be given by Jan. 24. -
3:55 – 4:15 p.m.: Transition for photos. Don’t forget your waiver!

4:15 – 5:00 p.m.: Scoring break.
- 5:00 p.m.: Top Six Announced
Top Six report to CIC for briefing
Championship Day and Awards Celebration
Dress Code: Dress to Impress!
- 11:00 a.m.: Press Conference with Top 6 Teams
- Noon-2:00 p.m.: Lunch and Micro-ChangeLab for all competitors.
- 2:00 p.m.: Break for prep
- 4:00 p.m.: Red Carpet Arrival
- 4:30 p.m.: Reception
- 5:00 p.m.: Dinner. (RSVP HERE)
- 5:30 p.m.: Opening Ceremony
- 5:45 p.m.: Championship Round
- 6:45 p.m. Scoring Break
- 7:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony
- 7:30 p.m.: Press interviews and photos

Changemaker Checklist
This helpful list will help you make sure you’re competition ready before you get to campus! Stress less! Don’t leave the busywork to the last minute. ( We will share with you how procrastination is actually good for creativity and innovation, but…not in this case.)
- Confirm your dress rehearsal time slot. First come, first served!
- Confirm your information for the program.
- Email your changes to ac116@victorybreastimaging.com.
- Submit your completed waiver. (An adult must sign if you are under 18!)
- Email waiver to ac116@victorybreastimaging.com.
- RSVP for the Championship Dinner! Everyone is invited to join in celebrating all of our changemakers for this FREE plated meal. You and up to two of your own guests are welcome!
- Send your slide deck to Andrew and Robert!
